Hello, and welcome to the website of The I.T. Hub.
What is The I.T. Hub?
The I.T. Hub is a local community project that involves service users of a local mental health organisation, Making Space.
What courses are available?
At the moment, we teach a basic understanding of HTML, using Etomite and converting templates for use with Etomite. We also have the odd session that may not be linked into the web/webpages - we have run in the past a photography class and also an image manipulation class. We are planning to some kind of media project at the start of 2012.
Who can join?
At the moment, enrollment onto the course is limited to service users that have a mental health need (whether it be a low/middle/high need). We may open enrollment onto the courses in the future to other groups, but it will depend on funding and equipment availability.
The project is a voluntary project set up with the aims of teaching mental health service users how to make web pages.
